Timberhomes LLC kicked off the summer raising season by making a short trek across state lines to Caroline, NY where we raised a 24’ x 38’ horse barn for the Radcliffe family. In just one week we raised the frame, installed additional framing, the first of two layers of flooring in the hayloft, the roof deck, stairs, and some siding.
It should be noted that we wouldn’t have made nearly as much progress if it weren’t for the fantastic – seemingly everlasting – hospitality on the part of Rolfe, Erin, Sawyer, & Mopane, as well as some sweat equity from Rolfe and his brother Robin. We had a great time and will rave about the homemade fruit tart for years to come!
