In an effort to expand our fledgling product line, we designed and built a 5’x8′ Arbor this winter to be shown at two Home Shows in the greater Baltimore, MD area by Mike Trump, owner of Trump Lawn & Land Company. This simple design features swept rafter ends, naturally curved tie beams, and braces with a sawn curve; it is built entirely of Eastern White Cedar from Goodridge Lumber Company. The arbor can be fitted with benches, planters, and trellises (see rendering below). We would like to think that our arbor had something to do with the fact that Mike’s booth was given the “Outstanding Display” award at one of the shows.
