Helen Doyle

Helen became the sixth worker/owner at TimberHomes in 2018. In 2011, TimberHomes built a home for a couple in Lyme, NH, and it was at this time we discovered Helen. As friend of the owner’s of the house, she was hired on to help with construction and to learn the basics of timber framing. After this one project, Helen’s efficiency in all things (but most relevant to us, in building timber frames) became evident, and we kept her as long as possible. Unlike most other humans, Helen is both constantly cranky, and makes you feel really good. She now splits her time between working for TimberHomes, and teaching at Norwich University and the Community College of Vermont in Montpelier.
